Recommended Pre-Registration Procedure for the LPDP-Funded Double Degree Program
Master of Linguistics, Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP)
Prospective applicants to the Double Degree Master’s Program in Linguistics at Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP) under the LPDP scholarship scheme are advised to begin by selecting a partner university that best aligns with their academic goals, namely the University of Otago or the University of Sheffield. After choosing a partner institution, applicants should prepare all required application documents, including an English language proficiency certificate, letters of recommendation, academic transcripts, degree certificates, a curriculum vitae (CV), and any other supporting documents required by the selected university.
Applicants should then submit their application to the partner university in accordance with the institution’s admission procedures, either independently, through an authorized agent, or via any other mechanism approved by the partner university. Once the application has been submitted, applicants are requested to send proof of submission, such as an application receipt or confirmation email, to the UNDIP Master’s Program in Linguistics for monitoring purposes.
Upon receiving a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the partner university, applicants should promptly inform the UNDIP Master’s Program in Linguistics and provide the relevant documentation as part of the monitoring and administrative process.
The next step is to prepare and complete all requirements for admission to the UNDIP Joint/Double Degree Program, including the LoA issued by the partner university. Applicants must also follow the UNDIP new student admission procedures as outlined on the following websites:
