- PRODUCING EXCELLENT AND COMPETITIVE GRADUATES IN THE FIELDS OF GENERAL AND APPLIED LINGUISTICS.
- PROVIDING QUALITY RESEARCH-BASED TEACHING NATIONALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY IN THE FIELDS OF GENERAL AND APPLIED LINGUISTICS;
- DEVELOPING PROFESSIONAL SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH AND PUBLICATIONS AS A CONTRIBUTION TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF LANGUAGE AND CULTURE SCIENCE;
- PROMOTING COMMUNITY SERVICE BASED ON RESEARCH RESULTS CONDUCTED BY LECTURERS AND STUDENTS IN THE FIELDS OF GENERAL AND APPLIED LINGUISTICS;

Goals
- To produce graduates competent as language consultants, language science practitioners, language education institution managers, language and culture researchers, and language and culture academics who possess academic and/or professional abilities, integrity, morals, a scientific and critical attitude, and high competitiveness at both the national and international levels.
- To produce innovative and high-quality research and publications, as well as professional expertise in general and applied linguistics.
- To produce community service projects that contribute to improving the standard of living of the community and the nation’s progress, while fostering an entrepreneurial spirit in the field of linguistics.
- To realize a higher education governance situation in study programs that is efficient, accountable, and transparent, equitable, and integrated across theoretical and applied fields in linguistics.
